Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your equipment. You can return most items within 14 days. This policy explains how, and the few exceptions for hygiene and breakage.

1. Your 14-day window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for any item that is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging and complete with all parts. Start a return by emailing support@gbneville.shop with your order number.

2. Food-contact & hygiene items

For hygiene reasons, food-contact items (such as drippers, mugs, servers, infusers, pitchers and serving spoons) can only be returned if they are unused and still sealed in their original packaging. Once used or washed, these items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

3. Damaged or faulty on arrival

Glass and ceramic pieces are fragile and ship double-boxed. If anything arrives broken or faulty, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping. You do not need to return a broken item unless we ask.

4. How refunds work

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method (via Stripe or PayPal) within 5–10 business days. We refund the price of the returned items; original shipping is refunded only where the item was faulty or sent in error.

5. Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of return postage and we recommend a tracked service. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.

6. Non-returnable

  • Used or washed food-contact items (unless faulty).
  • Items returned after the 14-day window.
  • Items without their original packaging or with missing parts.
  • Gift cards, if offered.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your legal rights. Consumers in the UK, EU and other regions keep all mandatory rights to a refund or replacement for faulty goods under applicable law. Nothing here limits those rights.
