We sell coffee and tea counter equipment and tableware — drippers, servers, mugs, infusers, trays, canisters and related accessories. We do not sell consumables of any kind (no coffee, tea, food, drink, alcohol or supplements) and we make no medical, health or wellness claims about any product.

Adding items to your cart and submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or the order appears fraudulent — and will refund any payment taken.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties or local taxes, which may be charged on delivery and are the customer’s responsibility. Payment is taken securely by Stripe or PayPal at checkout. We take reasonable care to price accurately; if an obvious error occurs we will contact you before shipping.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Glass and ceramic items are fragile and have stated heat ranges. Please follow the care and handling notes on each product page. We are not liable for damage caused by use outside those stated limits.

All site content, product photography and the Gbneville name are owned by or licensed to us and may not be reused without permission. Our products are our own designs and do not use third-party trademarks or licensed characters.

We provide the site and products with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory protections of their country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
