Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners with tracking on every order. Here is what to expect, including our breakage process for glass and ceramic.

1. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once your parcel ships. Orders placed at weekends or on UK public holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimates are in addition to processing time and are not guaranteed; carriers and customs can add delays beyond our control. Free worldwide shipping applies to orders over $55.

3. Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, included in your dispatch email. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, contact support@gbneville.shop and we will investigate.

4. Fragile items & breakage

Glass and ceramic pieces are packed double-boxed with protective material. If an item arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will ship a free replacement or refund it in full — see our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Customs, duties & taxes

Prices are in USD and exclude import duties or taxes. For international orders, the destination country may charge duties or VAT on delivery. These are set by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. We declare orders accurately and cannot mark parcels as gifts or under-declare value.

6. Wrong address & failed delivery

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or an uncollected delivery, we will re-ship it once you cover the return and re-delivery postage, or refund the items less the original shipping cost.
